IHHT(International Heavy Haul Transport) is a bonded, insured and registered freight logistics service company committed to make all efforts to have all heavy equipment hauled safe, secure and on reasonable time frame for an agreed sum of money.
Shippers are entitled to ask IHHT to request the carrier's name, driver's name and phone number, receive photos of their cargo at the time of pickup and drop off, and get updated about the status of their loads during the hauling trip.
The customer agrees and understands that IHHT is not a transportation company and provides logistics services only, acts as an agent for the Customer in arranging the shipment of the load(s).
IHHT does not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date and all dates are estimated. Shipper will be notified when the unit is picked up.
IHHT is not responsible, only Carrier is liable for cargo coverage and all liabilities through their own insurance, and The Shipper is entitled to receive a copy of valid insurance upon request.
Carrier may with good faith and after giving all his efforts refuse a pickup due to mechanical issue appears in the machine at the time of pick up or drop off (Key, battery, tire, engine...), also based on Inaccuracy of dimensions or weight that can causes delay and more DOT doc, permits, escorts and surveys. Also, any other issues that can rises from the difficulties to access both locations.
All delays related to the shipper or the machinery from the time of picking up till drop off will be subject to a reasonable fee for the delayed time in the amount of $105.00 (Market price $150.00) an hour and no less then $ 350.00 only daytime from 8.00am to 5.00pm). the Carrier will be recompensated based on offered receipts for all repairs and purchased parts and other expenses based on a reasonable market value.
Chargebacks: As a condition to logistics services , Shipper agrees that Shipper will not, under any circumstance, initiate a chargeback to Shipper's credit card. Shipper further agrees that Shipper is waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between Shipper and Shipper's credit card company. Should a chargeback be initiated by Shipper, these terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of Shipper's waiver of any chargeback rights.
IHHT shall have a lien on the shipment for partial (freight service deposit) and/or all sums due prior or at time of delivery it relating to this shipment, or any other amounts owed by Customer
Shipper accepts to pay a Freight deposit for IHHT logistics service including the booking of shipment (This is a freight service partial payment and has no relation to other online platform fees) prior to the pickup time. The remaining balance will be paid before the drop off at delivery location. IHHT can choose the option of partial or full payment based on the shipper credit history.
Carrier will be held financially and legally liable for the shipper unpaid partial or full invoice if he decides unilaterally to drop the shipment without final approval from International Heavy Haul Transport.
IHHT is not liable for losses, late delivery or non-delivery caused by the acts of God, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities, acts or omissions of Customs or quarantine officials, war, riots, strikes, labor disputes, weather conditions or mechanical delay or failure other equipment.
Additional Payment Terms:
A Freight deposit will be required when driver assigned and before picking up the unit, Deposit paid in advance are not refundable and are deductible from the gross pay agreed on between IHHT and the shipper. The remaining balance will be paid before delivery with a Company check, Cash, Zelle, wire transfer or Credit card at our website WWW.IHHT.NET. IHHT can choose the option of partial or full payment based on the shipper credit history.
IHHT based upon its own discretion can choose to offer credit term up to 60 days.

The remaining balance will be paid before delivery. All pays are Pay Pall, wire transfer, Zelle, Cah or Credit card at our website www.ihht.net.
IHHT based upon its own discretion can choose to offer credit term up to 60 days.

All delays caused by the shipper including a mechanical issue or inaccuracy in the unit specifications are subject to extra fees.
The shipper required to pay the freight deposit prior to the pick up or at the pick up, the remaining balance must be paid before dropping off the load.
All advance freight charge are non refundable and will be deducted from the agreed freight's gross payment.
